Beware!: New Malware Discovered in Google Play Store

Google playstore is indeed the most secured store to download apps for android. Despite the fact Google playstore is the most secure app store, that hasn't stop unscrupulous programmer from creating and uploading a malware app which can cause havoc to every other app on Google playstore.

Recently, a new malware app called DressCode was discovered on Google playstore and it is said to has infected more than 40 applications on Google playstore and more than 400 applications on Unofficial app store.

What this specific app does is creates a so-called Botnet. The attackers are able to use infected devices to route traffic through them. In the case of DressCode, Check Point says, the hackers only used it to generate false ad clicks and traffic, thus collecting ad revenue. However, a botnet can be used for much more serious attacks, such as gaining access to company servers and files.
Even though the malware is used to route traffic for invalid clicks of ad revenue, you still have the responsibility of making sure such kind of malware doesn’t run in the background of your device, otherwise it will affect your device performance.
Always make sure that your Android device have the latest security patch installed and always be careful of what you download in apps store.

How to Flash the Infinix Hot 4 X557 official stock ROM

-First of all, before anything, you have to download and extract the required tools from the link above and also the ROM which will be provided in the link below to a folder. (unzip using winrar)

-Once extracted, Launch the VCOM driver (if you don't have never installed it on your PC) then disable driver signature enforcement on windows 8, windows 8.1 and windows 10. and install the necessary drivers, now the purpose of installing these drivers is that without them, nothing will work.

-Once you are done setting up the VCOM drivers, open the folder you extracted SP flash tool to and double click on the SP flash tool software to launch it, or better still right click on it and "run as administrator".

-After SP flash tool must have loaded, click on "scatter loading" then locate and select scatter file from the extracted folder.

-Once selected, click on the drop down menu, by the far left and select "firmware upgrade".

-now go turn on developer mode on your infinix hot 4 X557, (go to settings, click on about and click on build number 7 times and developer options will be turned on, click on developer options, locate USB debugging and activate).

-Once done with the above procedure, switch off your Infinix hot 4 and connect it to PC via a USB cable.

-Once connected, click on "download", you should see a running progress bar in SP flash tool, while process is running,do not interrupt the process nor tamper with the USB cable.

-Once it finishes running, you should see a good green mark, after which disconnect the USB cable from the device and reboot.

Hello guys, today a friend of mine showed me the latest trick on how to build a Massive Facebook group of which I did give a trial and it worked. though have been banned from using the feature because I miss used the script. So have decided to drop the tutorial here simply for the sake of our blog readers and also for those that wish to create and sell Facebook groups to interested persons, so today article will strictly be on how to create a huge Facebook group with an easy and fast procedure.

Requirements for building massive facebook group

-chrome or UCbrowser browser
-facebook accounts with friends on it
-Download or copy script for adding all friends in the account to one group

Detailed procedure on how to build a facebook group

==>1. Before we begin, visit facebook.com and log into the account of the user you wish to add all his or her friend to your group (login to the account on chrome or UC browser browser on PC). e.g, if you wish to add your brother or sister's facebook friends to your group, then beg them to login their fb account on your PC/LAPTOP using chrome or UC browser.

==>2. Now login your own very facebook account which the group you own and wants to add people on (The facebook account which you are the group admin). Login to that account on another browser, you can login on your phone browser or login using firefox browser or operalmini.

==>3. Now go back to that your chrome or UC browser which you have logged in your friend or sisters account of which you want to add all his or her friends to the facebook group, click on the search bar, input the name of your facebook group and click on it.

==>4. Once it loads your group, click on the join button to join the group, you will receive a prompt notification on your personal logged in facebook account, visit it and accept the person request.

==>5. After accepting the person to the group, go back to the other facebook account on chrome or UCbrowser and make sure you are on the facebook group page. Now press and hold ctrl+shift+j simultaneously and a prompt like the caption in the screenshot below will pop up

==>6. After which open the script you downloaded above or better still see script here and copy the whole script and paste it into the empty box below using ctrl + v and press enter, after pressing enter you will see it adding all friends in that person account to the group and it will appear like the one in the screenshot below.

-continue this process for all accounts that you have within your reach, so many people go as far as hacking account through facebook phishing method, though i am not in support of that.

NB;you can only add a minimum of 700 facebook accounts to the group daily and also the code only add accounts with 1500 friends, anything above that, you get an error and that account won't be allowed to add friends anymore. Thats the Mistake I made. I tested it with my facebook account of 1800 friends and was blocked from adding friends to the group until 23rd of septmber(2weeks). I added upto 800 friends within 1 minutes.

recently, the Infinix hot S variance was launched by Infinix mobility and so far the device has been so...so amazing along with its jaw dropping specs, this device came with android 6.0 out of the box along with a biometric finger print scanner, so today I will be giving a step by step tutorial on how to root and port TWRP to the infinix hot S X521. now this tutorial would not have been possible without the hovatek team, so lets give kudos to whome its due by saying a very big thank you to them.

I am sure quite a number of us have started using this device, this tutorial is simply for those who have interest in rooting their android devices and also porting of twrp so as to enable them make a backup and also flash custom ROMs to their infinix X521 devices.

How to port TWRP recovery to Infinix Hot S X521

-Before we begin, it is essential we download and extracted the files provided above.

-after which you locate the folder you extracted the SP flash tool to, it should look like "open flash_tool.exe" and launch it,

-Once the SPflash tool is done loading, click on the download/broowse file then locate and select this scatter file MT6753_Android_Scatter.exe.

-Now power off your phone, click on "download" tab in the SP flash tool and after which connect your device via USB cable to PC.

-While flashing is in process, do not tamper nor disconnect the USB connection while flashing is still in progress

-Once the flashing process is done, you will see a green good mark symbol like the one in the caption below

-Once done you disconnect your device from the USB cable and boot into TWRP recovery by pressing and holding volume down + power button simultaneously for 5secs.

Congratulations! you have successfully ported twrp to your Infinix Hot S

How to root Infinix Hot S X521

-Firstly before anything, we have to download superSU file and move it into the internal storage of your infinix hot s (don't place it in any folder at all, just in your internal memory)

-After which, switch off your android device and boot it into TWRP recovery mode by pressing and holding volume down + power button simultaneously.

-While in the recovery main menu, select Install, then locate and select the superSU file you placed in the root of your internal memory, select yes to flash.

-Once the flashing process is completed, go back to the recovery main menu and click on "reboot".

-Congratulations! you have successfully rooted your Infinix hot S X521, you can confirm your root status by simply downloading root checker from playstore.

First of all, you have to change your PIN, this is how to do that below..

To change your airtime transfer pin/password on airtel: Send a text message in the following format to 432: PIN[space] [space]

You have to activate the service by setting up your transfer pin. You can skip this step if you already done that. The default pin / password is 0000.

How to change Airtime Transfer Pin on Etisalat: To change your airtime transfer pin on etisalat, Dial: *247*0000*New Pin#
For example to change your pin to 1122 dial *247*0000*1122#

How to Transfer Airtime on Etisalat Network: After setting up your pin, you can transfer or send airtime on Etisalt by dialing*223*Password*Amount*Phone Number#

HOW TO TRANSFER AIRTIME/CREIDT ON GLO NETWORK

On Globacom network you will need to activate the service by creating your ME2U pin. If you already have a pin, you don’t need to do this

To change/create your Glo ME2U transfer PIN: Dial *132*00000*New Pin*New Pin#

For example if you want your new pin to be 11122 dial *132*00000*11122*11122#
Subsequently you can change your pin by dialing *132*Old Pin*New Pin*New Pin#

To transfer credit from GLO to GLO: Dial *131*Recipients phone number*Amount*Pin# then send.

For example to send 500 to 08055525555 and your pin is 11122 dial*131*08055525555*500*11122#.

Once you send the command, you will receive a confirmation message asking you to confirm by pressing 1 and press 2 to cancel so press 1 to confirm if you still want to proceed but if not, press 2

Today, I will show you the code to check your phone number on MTN, Etisalat, Airtel And Glo

Checking of phone number on your phone is not something hard but for those people that do not know it, I have to write this article and it is also necessary to know your phone number off-hand.

FOR MTN:

Dial *123# and follow onscreen process that follows. Respond with option 1, then send to select My tools option. Then select option 5 in My Tools to request My Number. This will display your phone number on the screen.

FOR ETISALAT:

Simply dial *248# and your number will be displayed.

FOR GLO:

Dial *135*8# and your number displays on your screen or dial 1244 to listen to it.

FOR AIRTEL:

Google photos is one of the best means to backup your photos, with this guide I want to show you now, you can backup pictures from different source either from instagramor even photos from a wide collection of social networks.

>>Firstly, launch Google photos

>> Open the navigation drawer appearing on the left

>> Fire up the slide-out menu so as to begin the process of selecting which device folders you intend saving.

Now, you will see photos gathered from every of the various sources you have available on your device. Watch out for the coloring, those appearing with the blue icon as well as “up” arrow show they are backed up and the pictures which are not backed up will be marked with the line through the cloud
